Medcycle is challenging the conventional approach to healthcare and pharmaceutical waste management in Australia. With a focus on innovation, we seek out unconventional solutions that drive positive change. We want to empower the healthcare sector to more effectively manage its waste at end-of-life.
Waste audits when carried out correctly provide valuable insights into key issues such as contamination and resource loss. They are a crucial first step to identifying potential opportunities for improvement.
Our PVC Recycling Program collects and recycles intravenous (IV) fluids bags, as well as PVC oxygen masks and oxygen tubing. Healthcare facilities can actively contribute to a more sustainable future by responsibly managing PVC waste.
Our Curtain Recycling Program collects and recycles disposable curtains that would normally go to landfill and take up excessive space in your general waste bin.
Our Medication Packaging & DAA Recycling program allows this waste to be diverted from landfills and transformed into valuable resources.
Our Sterile Wrap Recycling Program collects and recycles sterile wrap. We work closely with our customers to design a collection schedule that works for your facility.
Medcycle offers a streamlined process that ensures optimal results for clients. Upon partnering with us, clients can expect a simple yet effective approach to waste recycling. Clients benefit from reduced environmental impact, improved sustainability practices as well as achieving a safer, greener, and more sustainable healthcare waste management system.
